ak barrel fermentation and aging play
different roles for every wine. At Hopper Creek, we
use Allier and Troncais French oak to add complexity and balance to the wines without compromising subtle fruit flavors. The final result is a collection of wines
that offers fresh vintages to be enjoyed today, as well
as vintages whose full potential will be realized in the years to come.
